About the Role

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable MIG Welders to join our team in Leeds on a full-time basis. This role offers stable, long-term work with pay that reflects your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out MIG welding on mild steel components

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts

Ensure all welds meet required quality and safety standards

Inspect completed work for accuracy and strength

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in MIG welding

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Welding qualifications (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of health and safety procedures
