Support Worker - Adults with Learning Disabilities
We are recruiting Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Previous experience working with individuals who have a forensic background would be an advantage.
Pay Rates:
Unqualified Support Worker: £12.21 per hour (National Minimum Wage)
Qualified / Senior Support Worker: £13.50 per hour
Hours & Working Pattern:
Full-time: 37 hours per week
Shifts include a mixture of:
Earlies: 9am - 4pm
Lates: 4pm - 11pm
Alternate weekend working
Usually 2 sleep-ins per week, paid at £65 per sleep-in in addition to hourly pay
The Role:
Providing support to adults with learning disabilities
Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviour
Delivering consistent, person-centred support in line with individual needs
This role is suitable for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting adults with complex needs.
