About this role

We are working with a well-established and highly respected infrastructure and utilities contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take a key role in the successful delivery of projects across critical national infrastructure, offering long-term stability and career progression within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

As the Site Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management
* Managing RAMS, permits, and all site documentation
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience working as a Site Agent within infrastructure or utilities projects
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice
* Ability to manage programmes, resources, and costs effectively
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
