Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm | 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sous Chef to lead a talented kitchen team in delivering exceptional, world-inspired street food at a prestigious site in Central London. This role will be based in a high-volume, fast-paced retail kitchen, where you will oversee a team of 16 chefs, including managing the pastry team.

The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to manage and inspire a large brigade. You'll be responsible for driving consistency, innovation, and excellence across all aspects of food production. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards, developing new menu ideas, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a kitchen team of 16, including overseeing the pastry team
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Contributing to the development of a street food-inspired menu that showcases global flavours and keeps customers engaged
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and Head Chef on strategic kitchen operations and menu planning

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a similar high-quality, fast-paced catering environment
  • Extensive knowledge of world cuisines and modern food trends
  • A genuine passion for food, creativity, and innovation
