We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Castleford who are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis to support their finance function.

This role would suit an experienced sales ledger professional who can confidently manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the sales ledger
• Raising and processing sales invoices accurately
• Allocating customer payments and resolving discrepancies
• Chasing overdue balances and managing customer credit control
• Reconciling customer accounts and dealing with queries

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger role
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and proactive
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
