We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction Trades team. You'll be recruiting skilled trades and labour professionals across a fast-paced, high-demand sector, supported every step of the way by our award-winning training and development team.

What You'll Be Doing

* Sourcing and engaging construction trades candidates
* Building and managing strong client relationships
* Matching candidates to suitable roles and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
* Developing your own desk with full support, tools, and training provided
* Working towards clear targets with genuine earning potential
