  • Location: Liverpool City Centre
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum + bonus

Search Recruitment Group - one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies is looking for a Recruitment Administrator & Resourcer to join our established business support team in Liverpool.

This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting our consultants and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

You'll play a key part in the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing talent, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and providing first‑class administrative support.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants to develop a long-term career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
  • Manage inbound applications and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Support consultants with compliance, document checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in recruitment or administration is an advantage, but not essential.
