Part-Time Reception / Administrative Support
Location: Cupar
Salary: £13.50 per hour

A well-established professional services firm based in Cupar is seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Reception / Administrative Support professional to join their team.

This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment and providing a high standard of client care while supporting the wider team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients, both in person and by telephone

  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

  • Diary management and meeting room coordination

  • General administrative support including filing, scanning and document preparation

  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

About You:

  • Previous reception or administrative experience within a professional or office-based environment

  • Confident communicator with a polite and professional manner

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems

  • Reliable, well-presented and client-focused

The Role Offers:
