Part-Time Reception / Administrative Support

Salary: £13.50 per hour
A well-established professional services firm based in Cupar is seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Reception / Administrative Support professional to join their team.
This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment and providing a high standard of client care while supporting the wider team with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Acting as first point of contact for clients, both in person and by telephone

Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Diary management and meeting room coordination

General administrative support including filing, scanning and document preparation

Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
About You:

Previous reception or administrative experience within a professional or office-based environment

Confident communicator with a polite and professional manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems

Reliable, well-presented and client-focused
