About this role

Due to continued growth and new project awards, our client is looking to recruit and experienced Project Manager within their established and growing utilities business.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering utilities projects across Scotland.

As the Project Manager your duties will typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Carry out utilities installation and maintenance works
  • Work safely around live services (gas, water, electric, telecoms)
  • Excavation, reinstatement and site preparation works
  • Reading and working from utility drawings and plans
  • Adhering to all health & safety and industry regulations
  • Working effectively as part of a site-based team


The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within the utilities sector
  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • NRSWA accreditation (preferred)
  • Confined Space / SHEA / EUSR cards advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong awareness of health & safety standards
