Print Operator

Location - Bishopbriggs

Salary - £28000 - £32000 depending on experience

Shift Pattern - Back/Day/Night shift rotation

We are seeking experienced Print Industry professionals to join our established production team. This role involves carrying out a range of printing tasks within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a variety of large-scale printing machinery
• Producing high‑quality printed materials in line with work instructions and standard procedures
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Setting up machines and overseeing the printing process
• Preparing and loading materials for scheduled jobs
• Conducting quality checks throughout the print production cycle
• Identifying and resolving minor machine issues and carrying out basic maintenance
• Performing routine preventative maintenance
• Maintaining a clean and well‑organised work area in line with 5S standards

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
• Previous experience in a Printer, Print Assistant or printer operator role
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in following work instructions
