About the Role:

As a Precast Casting Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality precast concrete products used in major construction projects across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing moulds and reinforcing steel for concrete casting

- Pouring, compacting, and finishing concrete to the highest standards

- Demoulding and preparing products for storage or dispatch

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Adhering to health & safety guidelines and production schedules

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling

- Understanding of health & safety procedures in a factory setting
