Practice Nurse

The Role:

We have a vibrant Practice Nurse opportunity with a friendly medical group in Annan, offering a supportive team environment and the chance to specialise in Diabetes and Respiratory care. With a mix of telephone triage and face-to-face appointments, this role is perfect for someone passionate about patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead nurse-led management of Diabetes and Respiratory Disease.
- Perform telephone triage and conduct face-to-face consultations.
- Run smear clinics, utilizing your SCCRS training if available.
- Collaborate with an MDT including GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute to team culture.
- Must have a nursing qualification with experience in primary care.
