About this role

Search are very pleased to be recruiting for Midwives looking to relocate and work in Australia. There is sponsorship available for these posts, if you have been considering working abroad in warmer climates please see below information on the roles we are recruiting for.

Must have experience working as a Midwife in the UK.

Responsibilities of the roles:

  1. Works collaboratively and acts as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team.
  2. Contributes to the maintenance of a physically, culturally, and psycho socially safe environment for healthcare consumers and staff, modifying work practices where necessary to meet the needs of clients and the work setting.
  3. Demonstrate NTH values - safe; responsive; kind - in all decision-making and interactions with consumers and colleagues.
  4. Foster a positive workplace culture through role modelling appropriate behaviour.
  5. Follows defined service quality standards, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  6. Capacity to work shift work and be redeployed to other clinical areas to meet clinical needs.

Benefits:

Salary ranging from £45,000-£60,000 including benefits.
Relocation of up to $15,000
Support in Registering with AHPRA and visa support to make process as smooth as possible.
