Management Accountant

The Role

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful financial information to the business.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis against budget and forecast

• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support commercial decisions

• Analysis and reporting of financial performance, providing insight on costs, margins and key KPIs to senior management

• Supporting month-end close, including accruals, prepayments and journals

• Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team in a collaborative, on-site environment

We're Looking For

Management Accountant skills and experience we're keen to see include:

• Strong management accounting knowledge, including accruals, prepayments and journals

• Experience with month-end close and variance analysis

• Budgeting and forecasting experience

• Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), or qualified by experience

• Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders outside of finance
