Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour (Umbrella / PAYE)
Reason for Vacancy: Additional project capacity

The Role:
We are currently recruiting 4 General Labourers to support works on a major Battery Energy Storage (BESS) project in Monk Fryston.

This is a hands-on role assisting with general site duties, maintenance, and supporting skilled trades on an active energy infrastructure site.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site labouring duties
• Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation
• Assisting electricians, groundworkers, and other trades as required
• Supporting material movement and site logistics
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Labourer CSCS Card
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
• Strong awareness of site health & safety

Desirable:

• Previous experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience working on energy or electrical installation sites
