Labourer Banksman

Join a supportive site team in Kinross, where safety, teamwork and clear communication come first. This Labourer Banksman role offers consistent full-time work and the opportunity to gain or use your banksman ticket on active projects.

The Role

As a Labourer Banksman, you will play a key part in keeping site operations safe and organised.

• Direct vehicle and plant movements on site, ensuring safe manoeuvring at all times
• Act as the key point of communication between drivers, machine operators and groundworkers
• Support with general labouring duties when banking is not required
• Follow site health and safety procedures and report directly to the Site Manager or Supervisor
• Work closely with crane operators, HGV drivers and plant operators in a busy onsite environment

This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident working outdoors and around moving machinery.

We're Looking For

• A valid banksman ticket, or willingness to obtain one before.
• Previous experience as a banksman, traffic marshal or site labourer is beneficial
• Strong awareness of health and safety on construction sites
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to challenge unsafe practice
• Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time onsite

If you do not currently hold a banksman ticket, support may be available to gain the qualification.
