We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead a 2 Rosette restaurant, afternoon tea service, and wedding/events menus. You will oversee all food operations, develop seasonal menus, and lead a small kitchen team, delivering consistently high standards. You will also be responsible for managing stock, GP targets, and ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations, while promoting teamwork and consistency across the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will be a current Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready for their first Head Chef role, with experience delivering 2/3 Rosette standard dishes. You will have a background in a quality hotel kitchen, strong leadership skills, a hands-on mentoring approach, excellent attention to detail, and the flexibility to work across various shifts to meet business needs.
