Finance Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

Search are recruiting for an organisation based in Ilkeston, and are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis (3-6 months). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance administration or strong general admin experience to support a busy finance admin department.

The Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Raising purchase orders (POs)
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • General administrative duties to support the finance team
  • Assisting with data entry and document management
  • Liaising with internal departments as needed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in finance administration or strong general admin background
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage priorities effectively
