Finance Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)
Search are recruiting for an organisation based in Ilkeston, and are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis (3-6 months). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance administration or strong general admin experience to support a busy finance admin department.
The Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- General administrative duties to support the finance team
- Assisting with data entry and document management
- Liaising with internal departments as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in finance administration or strong general admin background
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage priorities effectively
