Civil Engineer Draftsperson (AutoCAD) - HS2 Project

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Draftsperson / CAD Technician to join our team working on the HS2 infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of the UK's largest and most high-profile civil engineering schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD
* Prepare layouts, sections, and details for highways, structures, drainage, and earthworks
* Work closely with civil engineers and design managers to develop technical designs
* Ensure drawings comply with HS2 standards, specifications, and UK regulations
* Revise and update drawings based on design changes and site feedback
* Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Civil Engineering Draftsperson / CAD Technician
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (essential)
* Experience on large infrastructure projects (HS2, rail, highways, or major civils preferred)
* Understanding of UK civil engineering standards and construction practices
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple drawing packages
* Good communication and teamwork skills
