Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, office-based
I'm recruiting on behalf of a client for a permanent Data And Document Coordinator to join their Glasgow office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with information, staying organised, and supporting a team in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
- Handle day-to-day requests for files and documents, ensuring everything is logged and tracked.
- Maintain orderly records by updating internal systems and checking data accuracy.
- Arrange the movement of files between on-site teams and external storage providers.
- Make sure items are delivered or collected promptly and returned to the right locations.
- Carry out routine administrative tasks, including filing, preparing items for storage, and monitoring inbox queries.
- Support colleagues across the office by providing reliable assistance with document handling and records-related tasks.
Experience Required
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using databases and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
- Clear communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to manage your own workload, stay organised, and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in records, administration, or a similar environment is helpful but not essential.
