Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team within the automotive sector, based in LS12. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with ongoing work for the right candidate - no stop gaps.

The role:

• Dealing with customers via phone and other communication channels

• Booking and amending customer appointments

• Providing a professional and helpful customer service experience

• Supporting a fast-paced customer service operation

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

• Reliable and committed to a long-term role

• Comfortable working in a busy automotive environment
