Customer Service Administrator
Location: Eurocentral
Salary: £25,000 per annum, 37.5 hour week
Contract: Temporary, until December 2025
Are you organised, proactive, and great at communicating? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Logistics client on a temporary basis until December 2025. You will be on site for training for 1-2 weeks and then be able to work fully remotely, with the expectations to be on site when required by management.
You must be available to start immediately or within 1 week for this immediate start position.
Key Responsibilities:

Calling out to delivery drivers to confirm route coverage

Navigating and using various internal systems efficiently

Updating live spreadsheets with real-time data
-
Gathering updates from delivery drivers and rounds to keep information accurate
- Working on the area spreadsheet to update with different outcomes
What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep data up to date

Comfortable working with live data and tracking systems

Reliable and detail-oriented
