CNC Miller (Horizontal / Vertical)

Livingston Area | 3 Shift Rotation

We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a busy, modern engineering and manufacturing environment producing precision metal components for high-spec industries including aerospace and energy.


What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting & operating CNC Horizontal and Vertical Milling machines
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Machining large and complex metal components
• Working to tight tolerances
• Using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers etc.)
• Machine set-ups, tooling changes & offsets
• First-off inspection & quality checks
• Supporting continuous improvement within the machine shop
• What We Need From You
• Strong CNC Milling background (Horizontal or Vertical)
• Experience with set & operate - not just operating
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience machining steels / nickel / titanium alloys ideal
• Previous heavy engineering or precision manufacturing experience
• Comfortable working rotating shifts

Shifts (37hrs - Rotating)

Mon-Thurs:

06:00-14:00

14:00-22:00

22:00-06:00

Friday:

Early finish on all shifts
