Job Advert: Part-Time Cleaner (Construction Project)

Location: Cowley, Oxford, OX44
Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Start Time: Flexible - choose a start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Rate of Pay: £13.50ph Direct PAYE with SEARCH

We are looking for a reliable and diligent Part-Time Cleaner to join our busy construction project team in Cowley. This is a key role in maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment for all staff and trades on site.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for general cleaning duties across the construction site offices and communal areas. This is a temporary role for the duration of the project, offering regular hours and a flexible morning start to suit your schedule.

Key Duties Include:

· Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in site offices and welfare facilities (portacabins).
· Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers, and kitchenette areas.
· Emptying all bins and removing waste to designated collection points.
· Wiping down surfaces, desks, and windowsills.
· Keeping entryways and communal areas clear of debris.
· Monitoring and replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies (e.g., soap, toilet paper).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· A strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.
· Reliability and punctuality.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· An understanding of safe working practices.
· Access to their own reliable transport is essential due to the project location in Cowley, OX44.
