Location: Stockport
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Home: 3-bed Children's Residential Home
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a committed and confident Children's Home Manager to lead our 3-bed home in Stockport. The role involves creating a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for young people and ensuring the home runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of the home.

• Lead, support and supervise the staff team.

• Ensure the home provides a safe, caring and positive environment for young people.

• Make sure all safeguarding procedures are followed.

• Work with external professionals, families and local authorities.

• Keep clear records and make sure the home meets required standards.

• Manage budgets, rotas and general administration.

About You

• Experience working in a children's residential setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Able to make good decisions and stay calm under pressure.

• Passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
