About the Role
We are looking for a committed and confident Children's Home Manager to lead our 3-bed home in Stockport. The role involves creating a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for young people and ensuring the home runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily management of the home.

Lead, support and supervise the staff team.

Ensure the home provides a safe, caring and positive environment for young people.

Make sure all safeguarding procedures are followed.

Work with external professionals, families and local authorities.

Keep clear records and make sure the home meets required standards.

Manage budgets, rotas and general administration.
About You
-
Experience working in a children's residential setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Able to make good decisions and stay calm under pressure.

Passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
