We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable professionals to deliver high-quality care and support across a range of settings, including elderly care, disability support, and secure mental health environments.

This is a flexible agency role, offering a variety of shift patterns and placements throughout Coventry to suit your availability and lifestyle.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months UK-based experience in a care or support role

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures

• Confidence in personal care, medication administration, feeding, and manual handling

• Ability to provide a 3-year work reference history

• Overseas Police Check (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care, including personal care, meals, mobility, and hygiene support

• Administer medication in line with individual care plans

• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing of service users

• Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns

• Manage emergency situations in line with established protocols

• Complete accurate and timely documentation and care records
