The Role

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all café operations. This is a varied position where you'll oversee everything from supplier management and ordering to ensuring top-class customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day café operations
• Set up and review contracts with suppliers
• Maintain adequate stock levels
• Train colleagues in drink preparation and correct use of equipment
• Maintain Environmental Health compliance records (fridge temperatures, food safety, cleaning)
• Keep expenditure records up to date
• Manage the staff discount scheme
• Ensure all café and preparation areas are clean and well-maintained
• Report faults and manage equipment repairs
• Complete any required training, including Level 3 Hygiene and Food Safety
