About this role

Administrator / Customer Service

Location: Leeds (LS10)
Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: 3-month temporary contract - potential for perm placement for the right candidates
Roles Available: Multiple vacancies

We are currently recruiting Administrators / Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established financial services and insurance company based in Leeds (LS10). Due to increased workload, multiple temporary positions are available, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional corporate environment.

This role is open to experienced administrators and customer service professionals, as well as competent graduates or individuals looking to take their first step into a corporate office setting.

Please note: Successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS check and credit check.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support across the business

  • Handling telephone correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of records

  • Processing documents and customer information

  • Managing emails and internal correspondence

  • Supporting teams with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Ensuring all work complies with company and regulatory procedures


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
