The Role
As Senior Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to a busy Financial Planning team. You'll ensure processes run smoothly, client data is maintained accurately, and service delivery meets the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the full client lifecycle within Financial Planning.
- Manage new business onboarding, client updates, amendments, and ongoing servicing.
- Support fee processing, revenue monitoring and accurate reporting.
- Maintain strong data quality controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.
- Support and mentor colleagues as needed, contributing to a culture of learning and high performance.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, and knowledgeable within the wealth or financial planning sector. You should enjoy working collaboratively, have strong attention to detail and be committed to delivering an outstanding service.
