Search are working exclusively with a business based in Leeds who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the business and work in conjunction with
Job Duties:
- Monitoring customer accounts and managing overdue invoices
- Arranging payments with customers and dealing with any invoice queries
- Cash allocation
- Conducting credit checks on new and prospective clients
- Processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Assist with month end close
- Escalate problems to the finance manager
Candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Work to timed deadlines
- Microsoft proficient
- Attention to detail
Whats on offer:
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum
- 26 days annual leave (plus banks on top)
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
- Free on site parking
- Pension
